Our spaces range in size from 114-332 Square Feet and Rents from $300-$1000. As a co-op we are versatile and flexible in our office space options, so when we have available space, we look forward to working with you to get you into a space that works well for you.

All co-op spaces include utilities and the following amenities: weekly cleaning service, shared fax machine, copier, bottled water and lots of parking. There's a small kitchen/copy room with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee machines. Your co-op membership includes a private mailbox, your business name on our sign and a link to your website on our co-op website. You will also have access to a DSL connection for under $9 per month. There is plenty of "waiting" space in the common area for clients. Great atmosphere, interesting office mates and the best location in town.
