Above where Phydeaux (pet supply store)use to be. If you are coming from Chapel Hill off of Franklin Street, 103 W. Weaver will be on your left after you cross Greensboro Street. The entrance to the parking lot is just past the building on your left. There is usually a sign that says "Private Parking" but parking is for the whole building.
